Most troublesome perhaps, he says, it could split Iraq's army, which is loyal to al-Maliki, against local police largely controlled by ISCI.

To be honest I don’t ever read much about what is going on in the world but all along I thought the whole reason they were still over their was to try to make it a democracy just like the United States and to remove all the terrorism and corruption in that country.
